Our classic Dark Roast is of the best beans from Costa Rica’s Western Valley growing regions. This blend is dark roasted to bring out, it´s rich profile and noticeably chocolaty aroma. We are confident that we have managed to capture ¨Costa Rican´s flavor¨ in this blend, since it is the darkest roast out of all the coffees that we offer.
In Costa Rica, we are lucky enough to live near some of the world´s most popular animals... Sharks! Having seen them for ourselves, we understand that these animals are essential to the health of the habitats they live in.  therefore, we collaborated with misión Tiburón (https://www.amigosofcostarica.org/affiliates/mision-tiburon). To protect these species. Our goal on this project is to combat to our fullest extent, the constant threats that these beautiful animals face constantly by other humans, including the made up lies that are shown on media, like Jaws.
